President's Message

July 2010

Dear FNA members and friends,

We had a wonderful Nepali new year 2067 picnic on Saturday April 17, 2010 in Orlando Florida. Our local host team from Orlando put together a wonderful program and we had participants from all over the state. We have 2 major general gatherings in a year, one for the Nepali New Year celebration (usually held in Orlando Florida) and the other one for our great festival Dashain. The Dashain celebration is rotated between Gainesville, West Palm Beach, Tampa and Jacksonville. This year’s Dashain party will be held on Saturday October 30th in Jacksonville. We have already started preparation for the event. We will give out the details in the very near future and will also be posted in our website.
